Short version: we collect the minimum, we sell nothing, and booking data lives with Goose.
What we collect
Our contact and grooming waitlist forms collect your name, contact details, and whatever you write in the message, so we can respond. That is the only information this website collects about you.
Booking runs through Goose
When you book, you leave this site for Goose (goose.pet), our booking system. Your booking profile, payment details, and vaccination records live there under Goose's own privacy policy. This website never sees or stores your payment information.
What we do with it
We use form submissions to reply to you and to manage the grooming waitlist. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Photos of your dog
Report card photos go to you. If you would rather your dog not appear on our social media, tell us at drop-off and we will keep their photos private.
Questions or removal requests
Email hello@theruffinn.com or call (479) 323-1206 and we will handle it, including deleting anything you have sent us through the forms.
