While you are away
How you hear from us
Every stay includes a report card with photos sent to your phone, so you see your dog playing, eating, and settling in. Signature Stay guests get one every day.
Staff check every dog at drop-off, during play, and at meals. If something seems off, anything unusual gets documented, you get a call, and we work with a local vet when a situation needs one.
First time boarding?
Start with a free meet and greet
New dogs meet us before they stay over: a free meet and greet, then a free first daycare day in a matched playgroup, so the first night away already smells familiar.
See how a first visit worksWeekend drop-off and pickup
Saturday drop-offs and pickups run 8:00 to 8:30 AM and 3:00 to 3:30 PM, and Sunday pickups run 3:00 to 3:30 PM. Trips that start or end on a weekend do not cost you an extra night.
Boarding questions
How much does boarding cost?
Boarding is $55 per night. Peak periods add $5 per night. Stays longer than 2 nights include a required $45 kennel bath so your dog comes home clean. Checkout is 11 AM; pickup after 11 AM adds a half day of daycare and pickup after 3 PM adds a full day.
Will I hear how my dog is doing?
Yes. Every boarding stay includes a report card with photos sent to your phone during the stay, and our Signature Stay tier includes a report card every day. If anything ever seems off with your dog, we call you first and loop in a local vet when needed.
What should I pack for boarding?
Your dog's regular food portioned per meal, any medications, and one comfort item like a blanket or toy. We supply bowls, bedding, and everything else. Keeping your dog on their own food avoids upset stomachs.
