Boarding waiver and facility policies
The plain-language version of what you sign when your dog stays with us. The signed copy lives in your Goose booking profile.
Health requirements
Every guest must be current on rabies, DHLPP, and bordetella vaccinations, and on flea and tick prevention. We also recommend year-round heartworm and intestinal parasite prevention. Dogs showing signs of contagious illness at drop-off cannot be admitted.
Veterinary care authorization
If your dog needs medical attention during a stay, we will call you first whenever possible. By boarding with us you authorize us to seek care from a local veterinarian when a situation needs one, at the owner's expense. We document anything unusual and share it with you.
Play and group interaction
Dogs are placed in playgroups matched by size and temperament, supervised at all times. Play between dogs carries an inherent level of risk even with careful supervision, and owners accept that risk as a condition of boarding. Dogs who are happier solo get solo yard time instead.
Belongings
Send your dog's regular food and any medications. One comfort item is welcome. We do our best with belongings, and we cannot guarantee toys and bedding survive an enthusiastic guest. For safety, leashes and collars are not allowed in the building or play yards; any that arrive with your dog go back home with you at drop-off.
Pickup and extended stays
Checkout is 11 AM. Pickup after 11 AM adds a half day of daycare and pickup after 3 PM adds a full day. If a dog is not picked up and we cannot reach you or your emergency contact, we will care for your dog while pursuing the contacts you listed, with continued boarding billed at the nightly rate.
Photos
We take photos of guests for report cards. We love sharing our guests on social media; tell us at drop-off if you prefer your dog stay off our pages and we will keep their photos private to you.
