FAQ
Questions we hear every week
What are your hours?
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Weekend drop-off and pickup run in short windows: Saturday 8:00 to 8:30 AM and 3:00 to 3:30 PM, Sunday 3:00 to 3:30 PM.
How much does boarding cost?
Boarding is $55 per night. Peak periods add $5 per night. Stays longer than 2 nights include a required $45 kennel bath so your dog comes home clean. Checkout is 11 AM; pickup after 11 AM adds a half day of daycare and pickup after 3 PM adds a full day.
How much is daycare?
A full day is $38 and a half day is $19. Weekly plans run from $114.95 per month for one day a week up to $499.95 per month for five days a week.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Dogs need current rabies, DHLPP, and bordetella vaccinations. Bring your vet records to your first visit or upload them when you book through Goose.
What parasite prevention do you require?
Flea and tick prevention is required for every guest, no exceptions, to keep the whole building pest-free. We also recommend keeping your dog on heartworm and intestinal parasite prevention year-round.
How do I book?
All booking runs through Goose, our online booking system. Tap any Book Now button on this site, pick your dates and services, and you are set. You can also call us at (479) 323-1206.
Will I hear how my dog is doing?
Yes. Every boarding stay includes a report card with photos sent to your phone during the stay, and our Signature Stay tier includes a report card every day. If anything ever seems off with your dog, we call you first and loop in a local vet when needed.
Does my dog need a trial day before daycare or boarding?
We ask new daycare dogs to start with a free meet and greet so we can match them to the right playgroup. It keeps every dog in the yard safe and comfortable.
What should I pack for boarding?
Your dog's regular food portioned per meal, any medications, and one comfort item like a blanket or toy. We supply bowls, bedding, and everything else. Keeping your dog on their own food avoids upset stomachs.
Should I bring a leash or collar?
Leave them at home. For safety, we do not allow leashes or collars in the building or play yards; if one comes with your dog, we will send it back home with you at drop-off.
Where are you located?
405 Atlanta St SE, Gravette, AR 72736. We serve Gravette, Bentonville, Bella Vista, Centerton, Gentry, Decatur, and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas area.
Is grooming available right now?
Grooming capacity is currently limited and appointments fill fast. Join the waitlist on our grooming page and we will contact you when the next opening comes up.
